CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores in the district with emphasis on customer service and maintenance. You will develop customer relationships, show units, process payments, and meet monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Reliable transportation and up-to-date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions with a standout experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, deliver excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, and handle deposits and late-payment calls.
