Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking friendly, service‑oriented teammates to manage daily store operations, assist customers, and maintain clean, secure facilities while delivering a standout experience.

You’ll work daytime hours with the potential for Sundays off, meet monthly sales goals, show units, handle payments via POS, and perform routine maintenance. We offer PTO, a 401(k) match, affordable medical plans, and HSA contributions to a family.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and delivering a standout experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily operational tasks, lock checks, and showing units.
• Rent storage units, manage store merchandise, handle payments via POS, and complete daily deposits.
