Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to oversee stores in your district, blending customer service with daily maintenance tasks and upkeep.

You will build relationships with customers, achieve monthly sales goals, handle payments via POS, and perform property walks to maintain clean, safe facilities while supporting a service-driven culture. Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, delivering excellent service and building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Rent/store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, do daily deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Daily walks of the property, cleaning units and store grounds, opening/closing doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Keep facility clean, safe, and in line with company guidelines (restrooms, landscaping, parking, and tidy office space).
