Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores in your district. You will develop customer relationships, deliver a standout experience, and handle leasing, payments, and daily tasks on site.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, meeting monthly sales goals, performing security checks, cleaning and upkeep, and coordinating with a team to keep the property clean, safe, and inviting for tenants. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing leasing, accepting payments via POS, making deposits, and calling customers about late payments.
• Performing daily store upkeep and ensuring clean, safe facilities.
