CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within a district and deliver excellent customer service and reliable maintenance. You will engage customers to identify storage needs, show units, process payments, and support daily leasing activities.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and contributing to a clean, secure storage environment while supporting growth across the district.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Physical ability to perform daily store tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle bank deposits.
