Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores in your district with a strong focus on customer service and property maintenance. You will build relationships with customers, show units, process leases, and handle payments using our POS system.

Daily duties include housekeeping, safety checks, and ensuring a clean, well-maintained facility. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a vehicle, valid license and insurance.
• Able to stand, kneel, climb or balance as part of daily tasks.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and delivering a standout experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent self-storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, make daily deposits, and call late payments.
