CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within a district. You will build customer relationships, rent storage units, process payments, and maintain a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Able to meet monthly sales goals and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Strong operational focus with reliable follow-through on tasks.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and POS systems.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and possibly Sundays.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact with customers face-to-face, deliver excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and unit leasing targets.
• Perform daily property tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Process payments using the POS system and handle daily banking tasks.
