Job summary

Burlington is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee store operations, and drive results. You will act as MOD and partner with Receiving to ensure accurate inventory and policy adherence.

You will coach and develop a team, support staffing and scheduling, and collaborate with district and regional management to meet company objectives. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail environment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and accurate handling of funds and assets.
• Provide guidance to Supervisors to ensure smooth customer flow at registers and service levels.
• Manage overall operations and receiving SOP execution, and lead receiving processes with inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership, drive results, and support the Store Manager in staffing and training.
• Collaborate with District and Regional teams to communicate and implement store initiatives.
