Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in South Carolina is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee store operations, and ensure professional, high‑standard service.

You will coach and develop staff, manage receiving and inventory processes, act as MOD, and collaborate with district and regional teams. With 3+ years of retail management experience, you will maintain flexible scheduling, handle lifting of up to 40 lbs, and use scheduling and reporting software

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at a big-box/off-price retailer.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and high service standards.
• Oversee operations and receiving SOPs, implementing efficient processes.
• Head the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and guide store leadership in staffing, training and succession.
• Collaborate with District and Regional teams to align operations with company goals.
