Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams and oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent service.

You will model company values, build strong teams, and drive results while coaching staff across multiple departments. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing receiving and inventory processes, acting as MOD, and collaborating with district and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large multi-unit retail organization.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards, safeguarding company funds and property.
• Manage overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
• Lead the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks; partner with Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); set leadership example for customers and staff, drive store results.
• Support Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
