Job summary

Burlington in Jackson, MS is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, drive store operations, and model Burlington's core values. You will coach, train and develop a team across Receiving and Supervisors while ensuring exceptional service and professionalism.

You will also support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning, and collaborate with District/Regional teams to achieve business results in a fast-paced, high-energy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations in an off-price, big box, specialty, or multi-unit retail setting.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams and ensure policy compliance, safekeeping of funds, asset protection, sales, and record-keeping.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Manage overall execution of store operations and receiving SOPs.
• Oversee receiving processes (transfers, debits, damages, chargebacks) and inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
