Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee store operations and receiving, and drive strong results across the store environment.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. You will coach and develop staff, partner with Receiving Supervisors, and communicate with District/Regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large-scale retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and excellent customer service.
• Manage the overall operations and receiving SOPs, including inventory accuracy with Receiving Supervisors.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, onboarding, training and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
