Job summary

Burlington is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, protecting assets, and driving store results. You will serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD) and support the Store Manager in staffing, coaching, and succession planning.

The role requires 3+ years of retail management experience, a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail organization.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards, safekeeping of company funds and property, asset protection, sales, and record-keeping procedures.
• Provide guidance to the Customer Service Supervisors to ensure they meet customer service expectations and smooth customer flow at registers.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs; lead the receiving process and inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
