Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience
• Experience with Off Price / Big Box / multi-unit retail
• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards, safekeeping of funds and property, asset protection, sales, and record keeping.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and ensure smooth customer flow at registers.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs; lead the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) and drive results; support the Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with the District and Regional Management teams.
