Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations and drive excellent customer service in a high-energy environment. You will supervise the Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee the receiving process, and ensure compliance with company policies while protecting assets.

As MOD, you will set a leadership example, support staffing and training, and coordinate with District and Regional Management to maintain operational excellence across the store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large multi-unit retail setting.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams while ensuring policy compliance and safe cash handling.
• Oversee the receiving process, transfers, damages, and chargebacks with a Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management to align store operations.
