Job summary

Burlington in Nashville, TN is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams and oversee store operations. You will supervise Receiving staff, manage daily SOPs, and act as Manager on Duty to set the example and drive sales and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large or multi-unit retail setting.
• Experience leading Customer Service and Cashier teams and supervising Receiving staff.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and excellent service.
• Oversee receiving processes, transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with Receiving Supervisor.
• Serve as Manager on Duty to model leadership and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management teams.
