Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams and oversee store operations, ensuring policy compliance and professional handling of funds and inventory.

You will coach and develop a team of supervisors and associates, partner with District and Regional teams, and drive excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a retail organization.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capacity to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to policies and safeguard of company funds.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
• Lead the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership for customers and staff.
• Support Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
