Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and excellent service.
• Oversee the receiving process, inventory accuracy, and asset protection.
• Serve as Manager on Duty, modeling leadership and driving store results.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Coordinate with District and Regional Management for store-wide communication.
