Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or medium to large-sized retail organization.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven leadership in coaching and developing store teams to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet service standards and policy compliance.
• Manage overall store operations and receiving SOPs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as Manager on Duty to model leadership and drive results with staff and customers.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning as needed.
