Burlington Stores in Tennessee–Clarksville is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, manage Customer Service and Cashier teams, and drive store results. You will coach and develop supervisors and staff while ensuring policy compliance, asset protection, and accurate inventory control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or multi-unit retail organization
• Flexible schedule to include early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software
• Travel may be required from time to time

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving policy compliance, asset protection and accurate record-keeping
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and smooth at registers
• Manage overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs
• Oversee the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks and partner with Receiving Supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to drive results and lead by example
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning
• Assist in managing other store operations areas as needed
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams
