Job summary

Burlington Stores in Memphis is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee store operations, and drive compliant, high-quality service. You will model Burlington’s values, train supervisors, and partner with district leadership to deliver results.

Responsibilities include managing receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily store workflows; acting as MOD; coordinating staffing, training, and scheduling; and maintaining expense control and asset

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail setting.
• Experience leading and developing small teams.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet service standards.
• Oversee store operations, receiving SOPs, and inventory accuracy.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) and drive store performance.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management.
