Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead and develop the store team, ensuring top-tier customer service and efficient daily operations.

You will coach Cashiers, Customer Service Supervisors, and Receiving staff while partnering with store leadership to meet performance goals. You will oversee receiving processes, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policies, while supporting staffing, training, and succession planning across the store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or medium to large-sized, multi-unit retail organization.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards, safekeeping of funds and property, asset protection, and records.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and smooth customer flow at registers.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
