Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, drive policy adherence, protect store assets, and oversee end-to-end store operations and receiving processes.

The role requires leading a dynamic team, managing staffing and training, and coordinating with district leadership to deliver high-quality customer service and store performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a multi-unit retail environment.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Experience leading Customer Service and Cashier teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring adherence to policies and protecting assets.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Manage the execution of store operations and receiving SOPs.
• Oversee the receiving process (transfers, debits, damages, chargebacks) and inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD), setting a leadership example for customers and associates.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Assist in managing other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
