Job summary

You will oversee the receiving process and inventory accuracy, act as Manager on Duty, and partner with District/Regional teams to optimize staffing and training. This role emphasizes leadership, efficiency, and results-driven performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management or store operations experience in a large multi-unit retailer.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and accurate cash handling.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to maintain smooth customer flow at registers.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
• Lead the receiving process, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership and drive store results.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning; assist in other store operations as needed.
