Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Bellevue to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams and oversee store operations and receiving. The role drives policy compliance, asset protection, and strong customer service while modeling Burlington’s core values.

You will coach and develop a team of supervisors and associates, manage staffing and training, and collaborate with District and Regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Retail Management or Store Operations in off-price, big-box, or multi-unit settings.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software; lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and strong customer flow.
• Oversee receiving and inventory accuracy; partner with Receiving Supervisor for transfers and damages.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD), modeling leadership and driving store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning; communicate with District/Regional teams.
