Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, coach cashiers and customer service supervisors, and ensure top-tier customer service and efficiency. You will help guide staffing, training, and daily execution to meet company standards.

You will work in a high-energy, process-driven environment and act as a role model for team members, driving results and store performance while upholding Burlington’s core values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large multi-unit retail setting.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software to optimize staffing and performance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and accurate cash handling.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee store operations and receiving SOPs, and manage inventory accuracy with the Receiving Supervisors.
