Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, coach Cashiers and Customer Service Supervisors, and ensure efficient receiving and inventory accuracy.

This role drives policy adherence, asset protection, and high standards of customer service in a fast-paced, store-run environment. You will partner with the Store Manager and district leaders, helping with staffing, training, and succession planning while delivering results in a dynamic off-price retail

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations in a large retail setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams while ensuring policy compliance and asset protection.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations and Receiving SOPs.
• Manage the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks with inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty and drive leadership and store results.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional management teams.
