Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams in our Buford, GA store.

You will oversee daily store operations, drive policy compliance, safeguard funds, and maintain high standards of service while modeling Burlington’s core values. This role requires 3+ years of Retail Management, the ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, and the stamina to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price or big-box retailers.
• Ability to flex schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work in fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and strong customer flow.
• Oversee operations and receiving SOPs, inventory accuracy, and asset protection.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support Store Manager with staffing and training.
