Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, coach a team of Cashiers and Supervisors, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee receiving, inventory accuracy, and compliance while acting as Manager on Duty and partnering with district leadership.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, flexible scheduling, and proficiency with scheduling/reporting software. Competitive benefits accompany a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience
• Ability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software; ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams; ensure policy compliance and asset protection
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to maintain smooth customer flow at registers
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs; manage transfers, damages, chargebacks, and inventory accuracy
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership for customers and staff
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning
• Communicate with District and Regional Management teams
