Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and smooth customer flow at registers.
• Manage overall operations and receiving SOPS, including transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks.
• Act as MOD; support staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
