Burlington Stores, Inc. in Savannah, GA is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee store operations, and drive policy compliance and asset protection.

You will coach Supervisors, manage receiving/SOPs, and partner with the Store Manager and District/Regional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and strong results. A flexible schedule and ability to lift 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management or store operations experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting software

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and effective front-end operations
• Manage overall store operations and receiving SOPs; oversee transfers, damages, debits and chargebacks
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership to drive results and customer service excellence
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning
• Communicate with District and Regional Management teams
