• Experience leading Customer Service and Cashier teams.
• Ability to manage receiving, inventory, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and strong customer flow at registers.
• Oversee overall store operations and receiving SOPs, including transfers and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
