Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an off-price, big-box, or multi-unit retailer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and professional service.
• Oversee the receiving process, inventory accuracy, transfers, damages, and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership, drive results, and support staffing and training.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional management teams.
• Support in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
