Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large-format retailer.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move boxes up to 40 lbs; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance, asset protection, sales, and records.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall store operations and receiving SOPs.
• Manage the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with Inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example for customers and staff and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
