Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to guide store operations and serve as a role model for associates. You will lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee receiving processes, protect assets, and drive sales while upholding company standards.

You will coach and develop a team, partner with district and regional leadership, and help plan staffing, training, and succession. This is a fast-paced environment valuing efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price, big box, or multi-unit retail.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and asset protection.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations execution and receiving SOPs.
• Run the receiving process (transfers, debits, damages, chargebacks) with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, modeling leadership and driving store results.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management teams.
