Job summary

Burlington is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring efficient store operations and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide receiving, inventory accuracy and staffing, while serving as Manager on Duty and upholding company standards and values. A proven retail leader with multi-unit experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price/ big box or multi-unit retail
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and high service standards
• Oversee receiving, transfers, damages, chargebacks, and inventory accuracy with the Receiving Supervisor
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership for customers and associates
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning across store operations
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams
