Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large or multi-unit retail environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring compliance with policies and accurate cash handling.
• Guide Supervisors to meet service expectations and maintain smooth customer flow at registers.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs.
• Manage receiving processes including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership for customers and staff.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management teams.
