Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead customer service and cashier teams, oversee receiving operations, and drive overall store performance.

You will guide supervisors, ensure policy adherence, and act as MOD to model leadership and customer excellence. The role requires 3+ years in retail management, ability to lift 40 lbs, and a flexible schedule across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price or big-box retail.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and exceptional service.
• Oversee receiving processes, transfers, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, and training.
• Coordinate with District and Regional Management to drive store results.
