Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Bellevue, WA to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams and oversee store operations. You will coach, train, and develop a team while ensuring exceptional customer service and professionalism across all store functions.

The role involves managing receiving processes, coordinating with supervisors, and acting as Manager on Duty to drive results. Flexible schedules and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large multi-unit retail organization.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and accuracy of funds and assets.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs.
• Manage the receiving process, including transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty and set an example for customers and staff to drive results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
