Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors andStore Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Lead operations to maximize sales and control expenses.
• Partner with store teams and district/region management to coordinate merchandising and promotions.
• Oversee payroll budgets and scheduling, ensure inventory accuracy.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop for performance and succession.
