The role emphasizes coaching, developing staff, and upholding company standards in a fast-paced, off-price retail environment. The position requires 3+ years in retail management or store operations with flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management or store operations experience in off-price/big-box style retail.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and asset protection.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to maintain smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs.
• Manage the receiving process, transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks with Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership and drive store results.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management.
