Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district. You will excel in customer service and property maintenance, building relationships while meeting sales goals and maintaining secure, clean facilities.

You will perform daily tasks, interact with customers, handle payments through POS, and ensure quality service with proper safety standards. Training and growth opportunities are available across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying needs and providing solutions while delivering an exceptional experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily store tasks including lock checks, leasing, payments, and deposits.
• Rent storage units, handle store merchandise, manage the leasing process, and communicate late payments.
