CubeSmart Self-Storage in the United States is hiring a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district with a strong focus on customer service and property upkeep.

You will develop customer relationships, meet monthly goals, perform daily tasks on-site, and contribute to a clean, safe facility while collaborating with a team to deliver a standout guest experience.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, delivering excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Renting storage units, selling store merchandise, managing leasing, accepting payments via POS, and daily deposits.
