CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district. You will develop customer relationships, drive sales, process leasing and payments, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You should be friendly, service-oriented, able to work weekends, and comfortable with basic computer tasks. We offer daytime hours, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsabilités

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering standout service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and manage leasing, payments, and store activities including daily operations.
• Walk the property for maintenance tasks and ensure a clean, safe, organized facility.
