Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district. You will develop customer relationships, identify self-storage needs, and provide solutions while delivering an exceptional experience.

You will also handle leasing, payments, and daily store operations. You will perform property maintenance tasks, ensure safety and cleanliness, and work both independently and with a team to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for in-person interactions.
• Self-driven mindset with a focus on day-to-day operations.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily tasks including lock checks and showing units.
