Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district, delivering standout customer service and maintaining facilities. You will engage with customers, drive sales, and perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe facility.

Role includes walking the property, operating the leasing process, handling payments, and collaborating with a team to meet targets; weekend work may be required and benefits include 401(k) match and health plans.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• While performing the duties, standing, walking, and occasional lifting are expected.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers, deliver excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks and show units to customers.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle deposits.
