CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district with a focus on customer service and property maintenance.

In this role you will build relationships with customers, handle leasing, process payments, and perform daily maintenance tasks while working a daytime schedule with potential Sundays off in some locations. Join a team that values growth, benefits, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Physical ability to perform daily tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily tasks like lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
