The role maintains store files and ensures efficient office supply stock while collaborating with Human Resources and Store Management on hiring and onboarding.

The position requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to balance multiple tasks, including reporting daily sales, supporting payroll, and maintaining a safe, compliant work

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in retail store accounting, administrative, and HR procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word with knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting and HR software.
• Lift 30 pounds and push/pull less than 5 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-store accounting procedures and payroll transmissions.
• Maintain accurate daily cash handling and deposit records.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Prepare and distribute reports from daily sales and transactions.
• Maintain organized files and manage office supplies inventory.
• Ensure timekeeping and payroll accuracy and compliance.
