Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.

• Innate hospitality orientation with exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers).
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
• Create and execute fun, local marketing drops.
• Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.
