Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in restaurant or retail.
• Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
• Benevolent leadership with a player-coach style.
• Innate hospitality and exceptional customer service.
• Solid technical acumen with restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel & MS Teams; experience hiring with ATS.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff.
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, friendliness, cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence for cookie quality, service and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory with proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Develop in-store recognition programs and contests.
